We are Johnny & Justine Watts, a husband and wife team whose background is firmly based in childcare. We have been successfully running and managing children’s day nurseries for 30 years since 1989. Our family unit consists of our daughter Holly, who is employed with the Ministry of Justice following on from achieving a degree at Guildford University and traveling for 18 months. Our son James has just started his own catering business following on from achieving a degree in business studies at High Wycombe University.
We both enjoy keeping fit with Johnny enjoying running and Justine attending classes at her local gym.
We also enjoy walking our little dog moo moo and traveling.

My name is Holly and I am the Nursery Operations Manager at Little Owls. My role is to help support and manage all 3 managers of our individual settings as well as working with professionals within the wider community and supporting our parents and families. I have been employed at Little Owls since 2006. I have a young family and enjoy spending my time with them at the weekend.
Hi, my name is Hayley and I am the Manager for Little Owls Toftwood.
Previous to working at little owls I have completed an honours degree in early childhood studies, and had six years experience working within nursery management. I have recently got married to my husband Matt, and at the weekends we enjoy going for long walks or bike rides along the beach or the countryside. I also love running and regularly go to Saturday park run’s and charity races.
Hi my name is Sharon and i am the Deputy Manager at Toftwood Little Owls. I have been working with children since 1999 and have been in management since 2008.
I currently hold a level 4 qualification in early years practise.
I am happily married and have two grown up children and two lovely dogs.
I attend my local gym regularly and join the local park run to try and stay fit.
I enjoy spending my time with my family, visiting places or going to the theatre.
My name is Charlotte McDonald. I am the Little Owls Toftwood Deputy Manager.
I have been working at Little Owls since 2008 and in my time, have enjoyed watching our children grow throughout their time at nursery and onto Hoots then high school. In 2018, I married my husband Tom and now have a daughter called Matilda. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends and going for walks on the beach with my new little family.
My name is Laura and I am the Manager at Little Owls Scarning.
I have worked in Early Years since 2006 having lots of knowledge and experience with the younger age range of 0-2 years.
I hold a level 3 BTEC Qualification.
I have two young children whom together we enjoy football events, family days out and swimming. In my rare spare time I enjoy socialising with friends and reading.
I am excited for my new role here at Little Owls Scarning and getting to know all the children and their families.

My name is Ella and i am the Deputy Manager of Little Owls Scarning and am based within our Barn Owl pre school room.
I have been employed at Little Owls since 2014 and have worked my way up to Deputy Manager.
I am currently studying towards my BA Honours Degree in Childhood and Youth Studies through The Open University, and I love using my knowledge to enhance my practise!

I started my journey at Little Owls as an apprentice where Ive gradually worked my way up to Hoots Deputy Manager. Whilst I’m not at work I love spending time with my family or curled up on my sofa with my cat Evie and watching Netflix with my fiance Joe! I have a real passion for interior design and enjoy making my vision come to life in my home. I look forward to seeing you at Hoots.
